Abstract
The article presents a research in the U.S. on the protocol-driven approach to bleeding abdominal and pelvic trauma. Accordingly, abdominal and pelvic trauma patients with unstable hemodynamics who were admitted during a 16-month period have been reviewed. However, after a thorough research, it is found out that this study suggests some considerations in the strategy of managing severely injured patients with abdominal and pelvic trauma and evidence of acute bleeding.
