Abstract
The article introduces SUMO-activated target traps (SATTs) as a method for comprehensive identification of E3-specific SUMO proteomes. Topics include the development of SATTs to identify substrates for eight SUMO E3 enzymes, quantitative proteomics for measuring substrate specificity, and the creation of the Polar SATTs tool for interactive dataset exploration.
