Abstract
The article presents the discussion on enhancing in-person career development opportunities for the members. Topics include having the opportunity for further developing and implementing the strategic plan in response to the evolving medical landscape; and workshops on fighting misinformation in science communication, panel discussions focusing on diversity in medicine and seminars on mentorship in action.
