Abstract
The article discusses the highlights of the 16th Bienniel AGO Conference on Organ Pedagogy and the Eastman Rochester Organ Initiative Festival held at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York from November 10 to 13, 2011. Panel discussions, lectures and masterclasses focused on organ pedagogy and improvisation. Presenters include Bruce Neswick, Michael Dodds and William Marvin.
