Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 37-year-old man diagnosed with adult-onset Still's disease (AOSD) complicated by acute myocarditis and his treatment with anakinra. It notes the ineffectiveness of prednisone on the patient's myocarditis symptoms before anakinra was initiated. It discusses the potential of anakinra to treat early AOSD-related myocarditis over corticosteroids and the risk of infection in some cases of anakinra use.
