Abstract
Proposes that the phenotypic diversity of breast tumors might be accompanied by a corresponding diversity in gene expression patterns that could be captured using cDNA microarrays. Characterization of gene expression patterns in a set of 65 specimens from 42 individuals; Identification of sets of co-expressed genes for which variation in messenger RNA levels could be related to specific features of physiological variation.
