Abstract
The article presents a study which examines the biexponential analysis of diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) of transplanted kidneys. A comparison of three different methods for the calculation of biexponential diffusion parameters of transplanted kidneys is provided. The significance of biexponential analysis to assess the diffusion and microperfusion of body parts is highlighted.
