Abstract
We report the case of a patient affected by HS and concomitant psoriasis as comorbidity treated with risankizumab, an anti-IL-23 antibody approved only for psoriasis. Dear Editor, Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) and psoriasis are chronic inflammatory disorders with a negative impact on health-related quality of life which are sometimes associated. We have demonstrated that risankizumab may represent a valid therapeutic option not only in patients affected by psoriasis but also for recaltitrant HS, improving life quality of these patients.
