Abstract
The article describes a case of atypical parathyroid adenoma (APA) with diffuse fibrosis in a 65-year-old man. The patient had a history of eucalcemic primary hyperparathyroidism, renal calculus, osteoporosis and neurocognitive symptoms. He underwent let parathyroidectomy with unilateral exploration. The adenoma showed extensive fibrotic tissue, which is said to be very rare for APA.
