Abstract
This article discusses the use of telemedicine, specifically telemonitoring, for the management of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) or psoriatic arthritis (PsA). The study conducted a qualitative survey among RA and PsA patients who used a digital platform called iAR plus to collect patient-reported outcomes (PROs) and manage follow-up visits. The results showed that the majority of patients found the questionnaire easy to complete and useful for monitoring their condition. Patients also expressed a high degree of satisfaction with the telemonitoring project and the home delivery of drugs. Overall, the study suggests that telemonitoring can be a valuable tool for reducing clinical visits and improving the management of inflammatory rheumatic diseases. The given text presents data from a questionnaire about the experience of filling out questionnaires at home and receiving medication at home for individuals with rheumatological conditions. The data shows that the majority of respondents did not find filling out the questionnaires tiring or burdensome. However, some respondents found the questionnaires boring and repetitive. Regarding receiving medication at home, a significant number of respondents reported being satisfied with the possibility of receiving the drug at home and reducing the number of annual rheumatological visits. Overall, the data suggests that home-based healthcare services are generally well-received by individuals with rheumatological conditions. This document presents the results of a survey on patient satisfaction with the Regional Telemonitoring Project for patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and psoriatic arthritis (PsA [Extracted from the article]
