Abstract
The article discusses Copyright Terminations under Section 203 of the Copyright Act. With Section 203 providing that transfers executed on or after January 1, 1978 may be terminated after 35 years, the author explains that there are some terminations that could have taken effect on January 1, 2013, under this provision. Advance written notice to the grantee, duly recorded in the Copyright Office before the effectivity of the date of termination is required for termination.
