Abstract
This study outlines the principles behind constructing a mathematical and computer model for understanding the formation of sludge during the processing of phosphorus-containing ore raw materials. These models play a crucial role in identifying operationally efficient and environmentally friendly modes for process equipment intended for the thermal processing of phosphate raw materials in electrothermal furnaces. The developed model considers the essential qualitative and quantitative parameters of chemical-technological processes, providing an enhanced solution to the multifaceted problem of processes involving multiple stages.
