Abstract
In a patient with complete atrioventricular block and junctional escape rhythm that showed near‐isorrhythmic atrioventricular dissociation, the characteristic pattern of Doppler spectra of mitral inflow, pulmonary veins flow, and tricuspid regurgitation profile could help to analyze heart activation sequence and its related hemodynamics to confirm a somewhat doubtful electrocardiographic diagnosis.
