Abstract
The article discusses a population-based survey conducted in Australia to establish the impact of localized disease in the foot in psoriatic arthritis (PsA). Topics include important contributors to fall, importance of involving people with PsA in defining future research activity, and the need of future prospective research to be directed towards the identification of potential risk factors for fall in those with PsA.
