Abstract
Maintenance therapy with daily doses of 5-mg prednisolone and 1-g mycophenolate mofetil prevented recurrence of SLE symptoms. We therefore diagnosed the patient with lupus mesenteric vasculitis (LMV) and treated with intravenous cyclophosphamide therapy. A 20-year-old woman with a 6-year history of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) was referred to our hospital for diarrhea and epigastric pain that had lasted for 2 months. [Extracted from the article]
