Abstract
This article describes the case of a 10-year-old boy with circumoral cyanosis and a history of dyspnea at exercise. Topics covered include his diagnosis with asthmatic bronchitis at a nearby hospital, his referral to a children's hospital which confirmed the presence of diffuse pulmonary arteriovenous malformations (PAVM) in his lung's left lower lobe, and his referral to another hospital which deployed a total of five Amplatzer vascular plugs (AVPs) to occlude his left lower lobar arteries.
