Abstract
We report a rare case of a heliotrope-like rash in a patient with Hashimoto's thyroiditis, where T-lymphocytic infiltration of the upper eyelids was confirmed. Hashimoto's thyroiditis is an autoimmune disorder and part of the differential diagnosis of inflammatory muscle disease. [Extracted from the article]
