Abstract
Clinical trials offer access to novel therapies and potential major benefits for patients, but identifying and accessing suitable trials remains a significant challenge for consumers. A burgeoning range of online services aims to meet this need; however, there is a paucity of data on whether these services are addressing the requirements and concerns of consumers.
