Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 13-year-old Japanese boy with portopulmonary hypertension who experienced acute exacerbation of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) following mRNA COVID-19 vaccination. Topics discussed include the patient's medical history, the timeline of events post-vaccination, and the need for further studies to clarify the association between vaccination and acute exacerbations of PAH, emphasizing the importance of vigilance in at-risk individuals.
