Abstract
Magnetostatic surface waves (MSSW) propagation in YIG films with "leaky" and "resonant" metasurfaces (MS) is studied. "Leaky" MS was fabricated by ion etching of the subwavelength periodic structure in YIG film surface while "resonant" MS was formed by placing the subwavelength periodic array of YIG stripes onto the plane YIG film. The effects of filtration and the dispersion properties of MSSW in such structures are discussed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
