Abstract
Linear, blotchy, reticular, and perifollicular patterns have also been described.1,2 Poikilodermatous lichen planus pigmentosus is a rare variant of lichen planus pigmentosus that was first reported in 2016 by Sharma et al.3 in an Indian female. Based on the clinical, histological, and dermoscopic findings, a final diagnosis of poikilodermic lichen planus pigmentosus with concomitant typical lichen planus and lichen planopilaris was made. Facial pitted scars + epidermal cysts + comedon-like lesions ht The poikilodermatous lichen planus pigmentosus case reported by Sharma et al.3 was accompanied by cicatricial alopecia and typical lichen planus lesions, as our case.
