Abstract
The article presents guidelines for clinicians when prescribing anti-rheumatic drugs in pregnancy and breastfeeding. These include recommendations for corticosteroids in pregnancy and breastfeeding, for SSZ in pregnancy and breastfeeding and for lymphoid enhancer-binding factor (LEF) in pregnancy and breastfeeding. The guidelines target health professionals who are directly involved in managing patients with rheumatic disease in Great Britain who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
