Abstract
This article discusses the various atypical presentations of secondary syphilis in HIV-positive patients. Syphilis is known as "the great imitator" because it can present with a wide range of rashes that resemble other skin conditions. The article presents four case studies of HIV-positive patients with secondary syphilis, each with a different manifestation of the disease. The authors emphasize the importance of early diagnosis and treatment of syphilis, particularly in HIV-positive individuals, and recommend regular STI screening for this population.
