Fine needle aspiration diagnosis of Hodgkin transformation of small lymphocytic lymphoma/chronic lymphocytic leukaemia: a case report.

Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 48-year-old Caucasian male with a history of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma who was presented with night sweats, fever and a 2-month weight loss of 20-kilogram. Thoracic, abdominal and pelvic lymphadenopathy and hepatosplenomegaly have been showed with imaging studies. Computed tomography-guided fine needle aspiration (FNA) biopsy has been made on the intra-abdominal lymph nodes, with the use of a 22-gauge needle.
