Abstract
The article describes a case wherein the use of topical moxifloxacin eye drops on an 18-year-old female patient resulted in Stevens-Johnson syndrome overlap toxic epidermal necrolysis. Highlights include the patient's vital parameters on the day of reporting of the adverse reactions, the result of urine microscopy and chest X-ray examinations, and causality assessment as per Naranjo's scale.
