Abstract
A case study Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) in a child with T-cell lymphoma, showcasing the rare presentation of LCH as molluscum-like lesions. It highlights the challenges in differentiating between LCH and molluscum contagiosum due to their similar appearances, emphasizing the significance of histopathology and immunohistochemistry for an accurate diagnosis.
