Abstract
The article offers information on a comprehensive framework of human resources for health (HRH) system development in response to the global crisis in the functions of the HRH systems. It mentions cites the lessons from the HRH system development in post-conflict health systems in Afghanistan, Cambodia, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It describes the health system challenges, HR system developments, and emerging lessons in these countries and the efforts to address related concerns.
