Abstract
The article discusses a study on the prevalence of senecavirus A (SVA) in pigs in the U.S. in 2015. The study used polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to examine oral fluid samples from pigs. It also performed metagenomic sequencing on swab specimens collected from pigs at five pig markets in North Carolina.
