Abstract
The article highlights the high prevalence of monkeypox among persons experiencing homelessness in San Francisco during the 2022 outbreak. Three surveyed persons were found to have detectable antibodies consistent with possible undetected mpox infection. This highlights the need for tailored outreach strategies to ensure interventions such as prevention messaging and vaccination are provided to this population.
