Abstract
The article presents a study which explored real-time benefit tool (RTBT) cost estimate viewing patterns among primary care providers (PCPs) caring for adults with multimorbidity in one large academic health system to provide an overview of early update and identify opportunities for improving implementation. Topics discussed include reason that PCPs may be reluctant to use RTBT cost estimates, the proportion of medications with RTBT queries, and RTBT queries among PCPs.
