Abstract
The article discusses the three decades, groups such as the Innocence Project have shed light on how dangerously fallible the U.S. justice system has particularly in capital cases. Topics include the former death-row inmates interviewed belongs to an organization called Witness to Innocence; and younger children have subject to the harshest of all judicial penalties.
