Abstract
The article focuses on a case report describing a 12-year-old Japanese boy who initially presented with cellulitis-like erythema after a soccer injury and was later diagnosed with Crohn's disease, with erythema nodosum (EN). Topics discussed include the challenges of differentiating EN from cellulitis based on skin appearance and MRI findings, and the importance of considering EN as an extraintestinal manifestation (EIM) of Crohn's disease.
