Abstract
The article presents a case study related to 28-year old male patient presented with postprandial mild epigastric pain and fullness. Topics include the abdominal ultrasound has detected a non-septated cystic lesion, the adjacent to the inner part of the posterior gastric wall, and the gastric duplication cysts (GDCs) are rare congenital anomalies usually has diagnosed at a very young age.
