Abstract
The article focuses on the need of changes in the medical care provided to patients with bladder problems through the program Get it Right First Time (GIRFT). It talks about the guidelines for patients trying to opt for surgery during pregnancy. It tells about the Millin's prostatectomy being the safest way with the best clinical outcome instead of surgeries.
