Abstract
AbstractSOMMER is a publicly available, Java-based toolbox for training and visualizing two- and three-dimensional unsupervised self-organizing maps (SOMs). Various map topologies are implemented for planar rectangular, toroidal, cubic-surface and spherical projections.
