Abstract
The article discusses the case of a 76-year-old man who was admitted for chest discomfort in the Chest Pain Unit. Myocardial perfusion imaging was undertaken and he was treated with additional tracer injection. The scan images revealed hypoperfusion in the inferolateral and inferior walls and coronary angiogram showed proximal occlusion of a saphenous vein located in the right coronary artery. Acute coronary syndrome is also discussed.
