Abstract
The article presents the British Society for Rheumatology and British Health Professionals in Rheumatology guideline for the prescription and monitoring of non-biologic disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs). Topics mentioned include DMARDs that are covered in the guideline, prescription of DMARDs in patients with known co-morbidities, and DMARD blood monitoring schedule when commencing or adding a new DMARD.
