Abstract
The article discusses the study which examines the effectiveness of the high-throughput method in determining the exposure of Lewisite by measuring the urine metabolite 2-chlorovinylarsonous acid (CVAA) and the oxidized metabolite 2-chlorovinylarsonic acid (CVAOA). It analyzes the urine sample through liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. It indicates the sensitivity of the selective method that yields no false positive results in 100 urine samples.
