Abstract
The article describes the case of a six-year-old female diagnosed with pustular rosacea of the face. The patient was referred to dermatology for an unusual constellation of skin and intraoral eruptions. She had been receiving pulsed oral dexamethasone as part of her chemotherapy regimen. She was treated with pulsed oral azithromycin with topical permethrin 5-percent cream applied once daily with great improvement.
