Abstract
As shared decision-making increasingly influences screening mammography, understanding similarities and differences between patients and physician perspectives becomes crucially important. This study compares women's and physicians' experiences of mammography shared decision-making. Results reflect the critical gaps which exist between women's expectations and physicians' confidence in shared decision-making regarding screening mammography. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
