Abstract
The article reports on the wrongful-dismissal lawsuit against investment banking firm, Morgan Stanley. The plaintiff has submitted evidence that depicts unethical and illegal activities by current and former information technology and business executives at Morgan Stanley. The unethical complain includes Chief Technology Officer Guy Chiarello requesting and receiving sports tickets and other favors.
