Abstract
The article presents a case study of a white male child with type 1 diabetes. Topics discussed include results of various medical tests; complications of diabetic ketoacidosis and type 1 diabetes; and the usage of magnetic resonance imaging scans, infusion pump therapy and freeSurfer imaging software in the treatment.
