Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 26-year-old woman with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) which was admitted due to side effects of fingolimod. She was diagnosed with angioedema with haemorrhagic extravasation and instructed to stop fingolimod therapy. It suggests that the drug-induced endothelial permeability dysregulation may involve a tissue than macula.
