Abstract
The article presents the case of a 53-year-old woman suffering from hemicrania continua (HC) associated with ipsilateral trochlear pain. Separate treatment with trochlear injection of corticosteroids and indomethacin were used, leading to a favourable outcome after 3 months. Trochlear injection of corticosteroids were effective in controlling hemicrania continua and other types of headache.
