Abstract
The article discusses how the motivated staff at Luria Library at Santa Barbara City College in Santa Barbra, California transformed a college library into a campus activity center. According to the article, under library director Kenley Neufeld, who has been director since 2007, usage has doubled, technology services have been expanded, the café has been installed, and the workspace has developed more flexibility. Neufeld's approach to technology and social learning are discussed.
