Abstract
The article presents a case study of a human immuno deficiency virus negative 75-year-old bisexual male. It notes that the patient was treated in a community setting with topical mechlorethamine and betamethasone. The article discusses the CD4+/CD8+ immunophenotype switching as a marker for intraocular and central nervous system involvement in mycosis fungoides.
