Non-eczematous contact dermatitis has been described with this allergen, such as lichenoid reactions.[2] In our case, the initial presentation with blisters and ecchymotic lesions mimics a chemical burn. Nevertheless, pruritus and the delay before onset of the lesions support the hypothesis of allergic contact dermatitis, which was confirmed by patch tests. [Extracted from the article]
