Abstract
Surgical excision was performed, and histopathological examination revealed a melanoma, with tumor thickness of 0.47 mm, mitotic count <1/mm SP 2, sp and diffuse aspects of regression. Dear Editor, A 54-year-old man came in for consultation to our department for the onset of a pigmented lesion developed on his pierced heart homemade tattoo localized on the right deltoid region.
