Abstract
The article presents world news briefs as of July 2, 2012, as well as a statistic on the growth rate of Mexico's economy in 2011, and a quote from British architecture critic Oliver Wainwright on the ArcelorMittal Orbit sculpture in London, England's Olympic Park. The New Democracy Party in Greece was victorious in the 2012 legislative elections. Pakistan's Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani was ousted from office by the Pakistan Supreme Court.
