Abstract
The article offers information on the use of Automatic Mass spectral Deconvolution and Identification System (AMDIS) in the inspection regime under the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC). Steps involved in the overall method of AMDIS includes noise characterization, component perception and deconvolution of the component spectrum. Also mentioned are chemical warefare agents' analysis specific to the CWC, retention index filtering, and sensitivity and filtering.
